At **Alticsa**, we are looking for a **Semi-Senior Software Developer**, holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, to participate in the development and maintenance of business-oriented web solutions such as **CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms**. We seek a candidate with a solid technical foundation, ability to work autonomously, and a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **frontend and backend** features. * Integrate **REST APIs** and manage database interactions. * Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing systems. * Participate in **technical analysis**, estimation, and task planning. * Collaborate with the team on code reviews and software development best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in **Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years of software development experience**. * Proficiency in **JavaScript / TypeScript**. * Experience working with **React**. * Experience with at least one backend framework: **Laravel, FastAPI, or NestJS**. * Proficiency in **MySQL or PostgreSQL**. * Familiarity with **Git** and collaborative development in engineering teams. * Experience in **REST API integration**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **Docker** and familiarity with **CI/CD** concepts. * Application of **software development best practices and clean architecture principles**. * Experience in **CRM, ERP, or SaaS platform projects**. * Use of AI tools for development **(GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or others).** * Basic knowledge of cloud environments **(AWS, GCP, or Azure).** **Expected Profile** * Responsible and results-oriented. * Capacity for continuous learning and technical improvement. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * **Remote or hybrid** work arrangement. * Involvement in **real-world and challenging projects**. * Opportunities for **professional growth and technical development**. **Apply by sending your CV to:** empleos@alticsa.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: Remote
