Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to provide user support, remote and on-site assistance, operating system installation, server administration, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users 2. Management of operating systems and Active Directory servers 3. Maintenance and repair of computer equipment At VDATA CONSULTING, we are currently seeking a candidate for the position of IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT. **Responsibilities** User Support Remote and On-site Support Installation of Windows 7 and 8 Operating Systems Administration of Active Directory Servers Setup and removal of corporate email accounts (G Suite, Microsoft 365, Zimbra) Computer cloning via disk imaging Maintenance and repair of laptops and PCs **Requirements** Technical or university degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience. Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (subject to prior coordination with supervisor). Salary: S/1800 + Bonuses Formal employment contract from day one, including statutory benefits.
