Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide user support, server administration, backup management, and assistance in ERP implementation, with a process-oriented and analytical profile. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and Windows server administration. 2. ERP SPIRAL system implementation and user training. 3. PL/SQL usage for data cleaning and extraction. CICIBET brand is looking for a **Systems Assistant** with the following characteristics: *Responsibilities:* \- User administration support on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2012 R2\. \- VPN configuration for remote access. \- Generation of virtual and local information backups. \- Management of ERP SPIRAL implementation in designated departments, including user training and continuous review to ensure quality. \- Provision of remote and on-site user assistance. \- Data cleaning in the PL/SQL engine, as well as queries for data extraction. \- Preventive IT equipment support and procurement request management when necessary. *Profile:* \- Male or female, over 23 years of age. \- Valid and up-to-date documentation (resumes, utility bills, police and criminal background checks, valid DNI, etc.). \- Technical or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Networks, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions preferred. \- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Windows Server, and network management. \- Crystal Reports knowledge is desirable. \- Skills: communication at all levels, problem-solving, time management, and organization. **\- Process-oriented individual with analytical capability for each module.** Send your CV to 986612186 We look forward to meeting you!
