As a **Technical Director Assistant (Pharmaceutical)**, your role will be to provide support in operational supervision and daily sanitary compliance assurance for a warehouse operated by Maersk. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site operational processes at the Distribution Center (receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch), ensuring sanitary compliance and product traceability. * Execute regulatory controls, maintain records, checklists, and sanitary documentation per the Technical Director’s guidelines. * Support internal and external audits as well as sanitary inspections, promptly reporting deviations or regulatory risks. * Ensure operational continuity through shift coverage and coordination with operational teams, acting as the technical point of contact when required. * Verify compliance with HSSE standards, proper use of PPE, and correct management of regulated waste. **What We Are Looking For** * Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory requirement). * Valid professional license and current sanitary ID card. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in similar roles within pharmaceutical distribution centers, pharmacies, or regulated logistics operators. * Knowledge of current sanitary regulations applicable to pharmaceutical distribution centers. * Knowledge and experience in **Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP/GDP/GTP)**, including sanitary document management, record handling, checklists, SOPs, and participation in regulatory audits and inspections. * Experience handling regulated products, cold chain management, and control of storage conditions. * Availability to work night shifts. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
