Position Summary: PENTÁGONO is seeking a Technical Inspector to conduct field inspections, evaluate technical findings, record evidence, and prepare reports, communicating results in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field technical inspections of structures and buildings. 2. Evaluate and substantiate technical findings based on evidence. 3. Prepare technical reports and communicate results professionally. PENTÁGONO is a company focused on providing advisory services to individuals holding mortgage insurance, supporting them throughout the claims settlement process and the entire financial guidance process related to such insurance. We are currently seeking a **Technical Inspector** to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct field technical inspections of structures or buildings. * Identify and evaluate technical findings during inspections. * Record evidence through photographs, measurements, and direct observation. * Substantiate and explain detected findings based on technical evidence. * Prepare inspection technical reports or reports. * Communicate results clearly and professionally. * Properly manage situations of disagreement or inquiries during inspections. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technician graduated or certified in Civil Construction, Building Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical inspections or expert assessments. * Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset. * Problem-solving individual with sound judgment for making decisions in the field. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Professional personal appearance and demeanor. * Assertive communication and ability to build trust-based relationships. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with adjusters. * Focus on reaching technical agreements that enable validation of claim items. * Availability for fieldwork. * Immediate availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll** (15 days of vacation \+ ESALUD health insurance) from day one. * Fixed remuneration of S/ 1,400\. * Mobility bonus according to zone. * Opportunity for career growth. **MODALITY:** Remote work Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
