Direct coordination with remote technical center We seek a technician based in Andahuaylas to provide in-store assistance at EFE and LA CURACAO stores, working in direct coordination with our **remote technical center**. **Main Responsibilities (In-Store Assistance)** * **Connectivity Support:** Disconnect/reconnect devices and network cables as instructed. * **Directed Actions:** Execute clicks or basic commands remotely coordinated by the TM2 team. * **Operating System Migration:** Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration with remote support and supervision. * **Documentation:** Take inventory and submit photographs showing equipment condition and connections. **Requirements** * Basic technical support, networking, and operating systems knowledge. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical roles. * Safety boots and helmet required (mandatory PPE). * Must reside in Andahuaylas (immediate availability). **Terms and Compensation** * Payment between S/ 50.00 and S/ 60.00 per device. * 2 to 3 devices per store. * Estimated daily income: S/ 100.00 to S/ 180.00. * Duration: 1 to 2 weeks.
