Requirements: Graduated technical specialist or systems engineering student in the final cycles, with at least 1 year of experience providing technical support N1 and N2. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support N1 and N2 to end users, either remotely, in-office, or on-site. Installation of software. Support for laptops, printers, and projectors. Basic knowledge of networking and configuration. Proficiency in Office 365. Ticket management. Knowledge of ZKTeco biometric systems. Knowledge of Data Center and NAS. Knowledge of SQL databases. ERP system knowledge. Basic server knowledge. Documentation management. Willingness to travel to various client locations. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturday (Remote). BENEFITS: Payroll under MYPE regime. CTS and bonuses. On-site work. Salary: 1,400 Peruvian soles. Dynamic work environment.
