IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT – DC Tech **DC Tech**, a leading Peruvian company with over **25 years of delivering innovative technological solutions**, is looking for top talent to join our team and assume the role of: ***IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT*** Requirements * Technical graduate or **Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT fields** *(mandatory)*. * Valid **graduation certificate or bachelor’s degree certificate** *(mandatory)*. * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support**, either remotely and/or on-site. * Basic knowledge of **hardware and software (Windows and macOS)**. * Proficiency in installing and configuring **Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)**, web browsers, and email clients. * Knowledge of **network diagnostics and configuration** (Wi\-Fi, LAN, VPN). * Experience using remote support tools such as **TeamViewer or AnyDesk**. * Availability to work **on-site from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.**, in **Lima City Center**. Responsibilities * Perform **cloning, formatting, and application installation** on computer equipment. * Provide **technical incident support and rapid resolution** for end users. * Explain technological solutions in a **clear and simple manner to non-technical users**. * Assist with basic network configurations and preventive equipment maintenance.
