Responsibilities: \- Providing technical support to users regarding base software, office software, and applications. \- Maintaining operational status, during agreed working hours, of the incident support service for incidents reported by users of systems covered under the service scope. \- Handling application-related incidents from the Help Desk. \- Recording incidents occurring during the work shift. \- Continuously tracking pending tickets and ensuring their proper closure. \- Sharing knowledge gained from training sessions conducted by HITSS personnel with team members. \- Registering support requests in the Help Desk tool. \- Verifying that requests contain the minimum required information for processing.
