BITEL CUSTOMER SERVICE – 100% REMOTE Position: Telephone Advisor – Prepaid and Postpaid Customer service only (NO sales / NO collections) What do you need? ✔ Be at least 18 years old ✔ Availability for FULL-TIME REMOTE work (afternoon shift) ✔ Personal PC or laptop (Windows 10, 8GB RAM, x64-bit system) ✔ Intel Core i5 or higher (7th generation or later) \*Minimum requirement: device with Solid State Drive (SSD), ensuring better performance and stability for remote work\* ✔ Personal wired internet connection ✔ Headset (mandatory) Available Shifts Shift \- Full Time 12:00 \- 21:00 13:00 \- 22:00 14:00 \- 23:00 Monday to Sunday (rotating days off) What do we offer?
