Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Telephone Collection Operators skilled in debt management, negotiation, and effectively closing payment commitments to meet targets. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork We are a call center specialized in telephone-based management and are currently looking for experienced Telephone Collection Operators in debt management. The position requires knowledge of the collection process, ability to negotiate effectively over the phone, and capability to close payment commitments efficiently, as well as a strong focus on achieving targets. Collection Advisor – Delinquency Management Job Profile: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections; experience with Esika, Unique, or similar portfolios is mandatory. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Ability to work under pressure, with high performance expectations and strict target adherence. * Results orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities: * Conduct telephone collection activities on assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of daily and monthly objectives. * Follow up on payment commitments until their effective closure. * Prepare and submit daily activity reports. * Coordinate with the team to ensure achievement of individual and group targets.
