At **Crisar Logística**, a leading company in the heavy cargo transportation sector, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented **Temporary Transport Assistant** to join our night shift operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct documentation flow for transport units and access control during the shift. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Document reception and validation: Receive, review, and validate delivery guides and supporting documents provided by carriers upon arrival or departure. * Time tracking: Confirm and record exact arrival, dwell, loading/unloading, and departure times for each transport unit. * Information verification: Verify that driver, vehicle (license plate, SOAT, driver's license), and cargo data match the system or scheduling report. * Data entry: Enter shift information into the company’s control template or system. * Incident reporting: Immediately report any documentation discrepancies, delays, or anomalies detected during the night shift. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed secondary education, incomplete technical studies, or graduate in Logistics, Administration, Transportation, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in operational transportation roles, guide receipt, dispatch, or fleet control. * Knowledge: * Basic Excel proficiency (for completing control reports). * Familiarity with and ability to validate physical and/or electronic Delivery Guides. * Availability: * Immediate availability for a temporary assignment of 3 months. * Full availability to work the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule (12-hour Night Shift). **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Service contract (honorarium receipts) * Timely payment. **Location:** Huando Rural Premises, Plot 55, Campo Grande **Position Type:** Temporary Contract (3 months) **Schedule:** Night Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
