Currently, we are seeking a **Online Sales Representative**, results-driven and digitally skilled, to manage our sales through virtual and in-person channels. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or currently enrolled/completed technical studies (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in online sales, customer service, or e\-commerce (preferably in retail and WHOLESALE). * Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Proactive, dynamic, and sales-oriented individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsible, punctual, and honest. * Residency in nearby areas (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Respond to inquiries and process sales via social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. * Provide customer consultation, promote products, and close sales. * Follow up with potential customers and finalize sales. * Post products, promotions, and content on social media. * Coordinate orders, inventory, and shipping with the relevant department. * Record orders and maintain an updated customer database. * Support digital marketing campaigns and commercial promotions. * Achieve established sales targets. * Assist with live sessions broadcasted via the company’s social media accounts. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **S/. 1,550\.00 – S/. 1,600\.00** * 15 days of vacation upon completion of one year of employment. * Enrollment in the microenterprise labor regime (ONP or AFP, ESSALUD; gratification and CTS are not currently provided). * Opportunity for professional development within a growing company. **Position Type:** Full-time and On-site Join Ever Star and become part of our online sales growth!
