Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Online Sales Representative to manage virtual and in-person sales, advise customers, and achieve sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **results-oriented Online Sales Representative** with digital skills to manage our sales through virtual and in-person channels. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or currently enrolled/completed technical studies (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce (preferably in retail and WHOLESALE). * Social media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Proactive, dynamic, and sales-oriented individual. * Teamwork capability. * Responsible, punctual, and honest. * Residency in nearby areas (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Handle inquiries and sales via social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. * Advise customers, promote products, and close sales. * Follow up with potential customers and finalize sales. * Post products, promotions, and content on social media. * Coordinate orders, inventory, and shipping with the relevant department. * Register orders and maintain an updated customer database. * Support digital campaigns and commercial promotions. * Achieve established sales targets. * Assist in live sessions via the company’s social media platforms. * Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **S/. 1,550.00 – S/. 1,600.00** * 15-day vacation after completing one year of service. * Enrollment in the microenterprise labor regime (ONP or AFP, ESSALUD; gratification and CTS are not currently provided). * Growth opportunity within a growing company. **Position Type:** Full-time and On-site Join Ever Star and become part of our online sales growth!
