Don’t have much formal experience? Don’t worry! More than a perfect resume, we seek **pure potential, agility, and tremendous eagerness to learn**. If you spend hours on TikTok or Reels analyzing why a video goes viral, love technology, and execute ideas rapidly, this role is for you. You don’t need to be a film director; we’re looking for someone practical, organized, and sharp enough to understand how to capture people’s attention within the first 3 seconds. **Profile: Junior Video Editor / Visual Hacker (E\-commerce)** **What You Need to Shine With Us (Requirements):** * Your own computer equipment to work comfortably from home (mandatory!). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of CapCut Pro and Canva. * Plenty of energy to work at a dynamic pace and meet daily goals without getting stressed. * Being organized: we’ll use Google Sheets to track our progress (basic familiarity is sufficient). * Have you been assembling social media videos for about 3 months? That adds major points! (But if not, your attitude matters more). **Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities):** * **Dynamic Creation:** You’ll be the creative engine—editing short videos daily to test our various products. * **Trend Hunter:** You’ll browse social media to research and collect those videos that "are blowing up" and use them for inspiration. * **Smart Organization:** You’ll help us record which videos perform best using templates in Google Sheets. * **AI Exploration:** You’ll assist us in building very basic website structures using AI tools (Freepik Spaces / ChatGPT). **Our Shared Goal:** Keep our idea engine running continuously, ensuring fresh, fast, and ready-to-launch videos every single day. **Work Conditions and Mode:** * **Mode:** Full-time, 100% Remote Work (work from the comfort of your home). * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day. * **Salary:** S/ 1,400 monthly — with extremely punctual payments on the 2nd of each month. * **Documents:** We’ll only require your valid Certijoven (no older than 3 months). **Why Is This an Incredible Opportunity for You?** You’ll join the core of a real, actively growing e\-commerce operation.
