Job Summary: We are seeking a Dermocosmetic Medical Representative with experience in commercial relationship-building, results orientation, and an active portfolio of dermatologists to position products and develop long-term relationships. Professional growth potential within the organization Dermocosmetic Medical Representative – Lima (Part-Time) We are looking for a professional with a high level of commercial relationship-building, results orientation, and an active portfolio of dermatologists—particularly those who also have a point-of-sale or product dispensing capability. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct medical visits to dermatologists, clinics, and specialized centers. * Present and position the brand’s dermocosmetic portfolio. * Generate medical prescriptions and product turnover. * Develop long-term commercial relationships with physicians and assistants. * Identify commercial opportunities in offices with point-of-sale capability. * Coordinate trainings, medical samples, and promotional activities. * Track prescription and repurchase performance. * Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and sector trends. * Coordinate activations and commercial support with pharmacies or partner centers. Requirements: * Experience in dermatological, aesthetic, or dermocosmetic medical detailing. * Active portfolio of dermatologists and/or specialist physicians in Lima. * Preferred experience with dermocosmetic products, skincare, or premium lines. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Commercial profile oriented toward results and achievement of objectives. * Availability for fieldwork in Metropolitan Lima.
