Job Summary: We are seeking a Graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering with knowledge in inventory management and logistics to support warehouse control and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in controlling dispatch and raw materials warehouses 2. Preparation of control reports and indicators 3. Conducting physical and cyclic inventory counts Requirements: - Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. - Knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics, and Warehouse Control. - Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities: - Support operations at the Dispatch Warehouse / Raw Materials Warehouse / Spare Parts Warehouse; manage batch and expiry tracking. - Prepare Control Reports. - Prepare Indicator Reports. - Conduct physical, monthly, and cyclic inventory counts across warehouses. - Assist in preparing electronic delivery guides for the Dispatch Warehouse and/or Raw Materials Warehouse. - Update records in internal management systems and Excel spreadsheets. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
