Ensures warehouse order and safety Picking Supervisor **Cusco / HUASAO** Night Shift **HUASAO** On-site A reputable company in the construction materials and hardware retail sector — FEMACO S.R.L. — is seeking top talent to join its team as a **Night Shift Picking Supervisor (Warehouse)** at our **CUSCO\-HUASAO** location. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work in HUASAO. * Technical degree in Administration or related field. * Proficiency in operating forklifts. * Minimum one (1\) year of experience in warehouse supervisor roles. * Knowledge of inventory and storage management. * Knowledge of material coding. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify quantity and condition of received goods. * Replenish goods onto racks. * Verify orders in the system and generate shipping documents. * Perform picking and in-store dispatch. * Review stock availability reports to request product transfers. * Return undelivered products to their designated locations. * Verify product coding, print labels, and affix them to racks. * File copies of shipping documents chronologically and sequentially, as they will be requested by the Accounting Department at month-end. * Cancel shipping documents rejected by customers where stock has not left the warehouse or has been returned. * Use provided safety equipment and require staff under supervision to handle and use such equipment properly. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Restrict unauthorized personnel (e.g., customers, cashiers, sales staff, children) from entering the warehouse. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned assets and property.
