Job Summary: Responsible for warehouse optimization, inventory control, and order management, ensuring operational efficiency and stock accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse optimization and organization for maximum efficiency 2. Constant inventory control and updates 3. Order preparation management with accuracy and quality • Warehouse optimization and organization: Responsible for maintaining systematic order in storage areas to maximize operational efficiency. • Inventory control and updates: Supervise and ensure that system stock records consistently match physical inventory quantities. • Order preparation management: Execute merchandise picking from various e-commerce platforms according to accuracy and quality standards. • Stock audit execution: Conduct monthly cyclic inventories and ad-hoc stock counts during high-demand commercial events or critical seasons (CYBER or COMMERCIAL CAMPAIGNS) • Minimum stock alert management: Monitor and report critical inventory levels to prevent stockouts. • Stockout reporting: Immediately notify the absence or depletion of products for sales channel updates. • Goods receipt and validation: Supervise incoming supplies, verifying that product quantity and quality strictly match issued purchase orders.-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 35 years Knowledge: Efficiency, loading and unloading of goods, warehouse control, physics, warehouse management, inventory, shipping logistics, optimization, organization, supervision
