It focuses on marketing luminaires from globally renowned brands and designers of high international prestige. Additionally, it offers various services, including installation, supervision, programming, and design. **EDUCATION:** * University or technical studies in Electronics or related fields. (Mandatory) * ERP system proficiency (SAP or similar) – Not mandatory * Office software proficiency (Excel – Intermediate level) – Not mandatory **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Proactive and dynamic. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in electricity and manual operations. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in electronics. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and orientation toward service. * Capacity to maintain optimal and efficient performance under high-pressure situations. * Organized and responsible. **Main responsibilities include the following:** * Execution of production tasks for assembling lighting devices on Line 1 – Standard Production. * Repair, restoration, and maintenance of production tasks on Line 2 – Merchandise Recovery or Reintegration. * Rejection and/or diagnostics of production tasks on Line 3 – After-sales Services and Claims. * Conducting cyclic inventories across various warehouses under custody. * Coordination with warehouse and workshop staff. * Support in various functions as directed by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Suggested salary: PEN 1,400 to PEN 1,700, depending on evaluation. * Professional development aligned with skills and performance evaluations (career path). * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Social benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
