At Grupo QTC, a leading company and official representative of major technology brands in Peru, we are looking for a Software Development Analyst focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions—ensuring interoperability between internal and external systems, and transforming business requirements into efficient, secure, and organizationally aligned technological applications. REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Computing and Informatics, or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Experience in enterprise application development (Python mandatory; Java desirable). Knowledge of N-Tier architecture, MVC, SOLID principles, TDD, CI/CD, and Gitflow. Experience integrating applications via APIs. Proficiency with Python frameworks: Django and/or FastAPI. Frontend knowledge (Angular 16) is desirable. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze, design, and develop new systems, as well as enhance and maintain existing applications. Provide technical support for analysis and maintenance of production applications. Support QA, users, and vendors in executing application, service, and process testing. Participate in implementing and executing system contingency plans. Support installation, configuration, and deployment of programs and applications. Resolve incidents and issues identified in the production environment. Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for developed solutions. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. WE OFFER: Formal employment registration (general regime).
