




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, organized, and results-oriented Accounting Assistant to record and analyze accounting transactions, prepare accruals, and support month-end and year-end closings. Analytical ability and organization We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who is committed, organized, and results-oriented to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed or final-cycle technical or university studies in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in the CONTANET ERP system (mandatory). Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. **EXPERIENCE IN:** Recording of purchases, sales, bank transactions, and journal entries. Preparation and control of accounting accruals. Calculation of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, etc.). Bank reconciliations. Analysis of accounting accounts. Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements (FS). Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Record and analyze accounting transactions in the CONTANET system. Prepare monthly accruals and adjusting entries. Calculate and control employee social benefits. Analyze accounting accounts and substantiate balances. Support the preparation of Financial Statements and managerial reports. Maintain up-to-date accounting and tax documentation. Provide support during internal and external audits. **COMPETENCIES:** Analytical ability. Organization and planning.
