We invite you to join our great family! We are currently seeking top talent for the position of SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. To succeed in this role, you must have: Completed technical studies in Accounting, Banking Administration, or related fields, with cashier certification (desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier roles, including cash handling, POS operation, opening/cash counting/closing procedures, and identification/handling of banknotes and/or coins. Availability to work with one day off per week. A normal rating in the financial system (MANDATORY). Your main responsibilities will be: Receiving and recording payments for sales and collections executed through various methods (cash, checks, credit and/or debit cards) to finalize each commercial transaction. Issuing payment receipts for each sale or collection transaction and consolidating them for submission to the Accounting Department. Personally receiving and assisting customers during the sales process to identify their needs and/or propose solutions aligned with their requirements. Printing daily cash closing reports to maintain a record of daily sales information. Administrative duties (document preparation, courier bag dispatch, etc.) !Benefits for You!
