Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Carpentry Operator to perform furniture repair, assembly, and maintenance using manual and mechanical tools. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility and proactivity **General Job Functions:** The Carpentry Operator belongs to the Operations Department and reports to the Operations Supervisor. **Job Objective** To carry out furniture repair, assembly, and maintenance activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform furniture repair, cutting, sanding, painting, assembly, and maintenance tasks. * Use manual and mechanical tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. * Load, unload, and transport furniture. **Requirements** * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Carpenter. * Responsible and proactive individual. * Carpentry knowledge (Mandatory). * Age: Between 22 and 55 years. **Competencies** * **Physical strength** * **Constant communication with plant personnel.** * **Productive** We offer: * Overtime pay. * SCTR insurance. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month salary payments. * Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE). * 15 days of vacation after one year of service.
