Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Concierge with maintenance background to perform repairs, manage access control, and report incidents at an industrial refrigeration company. Duties include access control and incident reporting. **CONCIERGE / MAINTENANCE** An industrial refrigeration equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Concierge to work in the district of Villa El Salvador. Requirements: * Age 30–45 years * Completed secondary education * Driver's license A1 * Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge or similar roles * Basic knowledge of electricity, maintenance/repairs, plumbing, and painting Responsibilities: * Perform on-site repairs. * Monitor entry and exit of personnel, equipment, and materials. * Report incidents, anomalies, or risk situations promptly. Benefits: * Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE regime). * Monthly salary: S/. 1,600 * Fixed working hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM) * Sundays off; no work on public holidays. Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
