The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, as well as preparation and cooking methods. Excellent ability to maintain high quality standards for prepared dishes and adapt to the kitchen’s changing needs is required. Working hours will be Monday through Sunday, with morning-afternoon and afternoon-night shifts.
