Professional development with a career path and continuous training Coolbox, a Retail sector company, is currently looking for Customer Experience Advisors (Digital Channels) on a full-time basis for our Miraflores office. Requirements: - Experience in Customer Service. - Knowledge of Customer Service. - Availability to work from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Responsibilities: - Politely handle customer communications to inform them about products, resolve their questions, inquiries, suggestions, requests, complaints, and grievances via written channels. - Prevent complaints or grievances by identifying deviations and errors in products or services as part of customer service.
