If you enjoy sales and are seeking a fixed income plus attractive commissions, this is your opportunity! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Attend to and advise customers in-store. * Offer and sell Bitel mobile lines, devices, number portability, and services. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain product organization and proper display. * Perform activations and operational processes in the system. * Provide courteous, customer satisfaction-oriented service. **REQUIREMENTS** * No prior experience required * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador or Villa María del Triunfo * Availability to work 48 hours per week. * Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and results orientation. **BENEFITS** * Payroll enrollment under the **MYPE** regime from day one. * Fixed salary of S/1,130 \+ commissions of up to S/2,000\. * Career path opportunity.
