We value commitment and reward punctuality. **Contact:** 902 337 277 Requirements * Age: **over 16 years old**. * Experience in customer service, sales, or minimarkets (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and honesty. * Positive service attitude and strong communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Residence in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service. * Process and record sales transactions. * Restock products and maintain store organization. * Check product expiration dates and condition. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Assist with basic inventory control. * Perform duties assigned by the supervisor. Schedules and Compensation **7-hour shifts** * 6:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. * 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * 3:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. **Salary: S/850 \+ S/70 punctuality bonus (up to S/920 monthly).** **10-hour shift** * 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. **Salary: S/1,200 \+ S/70 punctuality bonus (up to S/1,270 monthly).** *Shift schedules are negotiable based on availability and job requirements.* Benefits * Punctuality bonus of **S/70**. * Meals provided according to shift (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). * Good work environment. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth. * Ongoing training. **Location:** Villa El Salvador. **Position type:** Full-time.
