Dolce \& Gabbana, a leader in the luxury market, has an exceptional career opportunity available at **Lima Jockey Plaza Shopping Mall – Lima/Peru**. We are looking for a **Back of House Assistant/Stock Keeper** to join our team; below are the details of this position:
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Accurately ship and receive products and supplies; process and distribute invoices on time
* Organize stock and monitor stock levels to support sales staff activities
* Fulfill store product requirements to maximize product distribution and maintain a clean working environment
* Support sales staff by ensuring efficient and rapid merchandise replenishment in the workshop and reducing customer waiting time
* Supervise merchandise flow between warehouse and sales floor; prepare and control item placement; follow daily item placement for sale in alignment with items available in stock
* Verify correct product upload/download in the system
* Ensure restocking in both warehouse and sales floor
* Organize products in the warehouse according to company guidelines
* Organize and manage seasonal merchandise returns
* Inspect damaged merchandise
* Inspect returned merchandise together with the responsible manager
* Prepare inventory reports and controls, if required
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with internal company procedures
**Profile:**
* Proactivity, dynamism, and organizational skills;
* Ability to work in an international company and prioritize tasks according to established objectives;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Excellent time management.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or stock-related experience in retail, preferably in-store;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook;
* Completed secondary education.
