Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrician E1 Technician for the mining sector, with experience in underground mining and knowledge of heavy machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Application of electrical standards and mining safety protocols A mining-sector company is seeking an Electrician E1 Technician with proven experience in UNDERGROUND MINING, and availability to work on mining projects in the CENTRAL region (PASCO). REQUIREMENTS: - Electrician or Electronics Technician. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience. - Class A2B driver's license (desirable). - Knowledge of machinery: JUMBO (SIMBA S7D), BOLTER (PSCALER 8T), and MANITOU (MTX1030). - Availability to work in underground tunnels and excellent physical condition. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reading electrical schematics; verifying operating parameters (voltage, current, insulation). - Analyzing electrical faults in control panels. - Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on underground equipment. - Diagnosing electrical faults in equipment and systems. - Assembly and connection of electric motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs). - Installation of lighting, equipment, and electrical signaling systems. - Application of electrical standards and mining safety protocols. - Operating the service vehicle to perform duties.
