Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), natural products, grocery stores, convenience stores, or general merchandise stores. * Familiarity with sales routes in East Lima and/or Urban Lima. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Existing client portfolio (preferred). * Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Achieve sales quotas and objectives. Visit retail outlets daily according to assigned route. Acquire new customers and strengthen commercial relationships. Plan and organize daily sales activities. Collect payments and submit cash reports.
