Position Summary:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to lead talent management and development, recruitment processes, internal communication, and employer branding for a mining services provider.

On behalf of our client — a leading provider of heavy machinery fleets, yellow-line equipment, and storage solutions to the mining industry — we are searching for top-tier talent to fill the position of HR Coordinator.
The primary responsibilities for this role include designing, planning, and implementing talent management and development programs; leading internal recruitment processes and coordinating with external consulting firms; and leading internal communication and employer branding.
For this assignment, you must have prior experience in mining companies, mining service providers, industrial firms, or construction companies.
Experience:
You must hold a university degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies are desirable.
Essential proficiency in the following tools:
· Ofiplan
· Advanced Excel
· Intermediate Power BI
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and integration processes for administrative, operational, and maintenance personnel.
· Supervise compliance with current labor regulations, internal regulations, corporate policies, and disciplinary procedures.
· Administer and supervise compensation and benefits processes, salary structures, employee loans, vacations, severance payments, payroll processing, and other labor obligations.
· Lead performance evaluations, development programs, training initiatives, and staff improvement plans, reporting results to Management.
· Design and implement strategies for workplace climate, employee well-being, talent retention, and organizational culture enhancement.
· Coordinate and jointly supervise, together with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department, compliance with training, occupational monitoring, and required labor documentation obligations.
· Supervise attendance control, discipline, personal appearance, proper uniform usage, and adherence to the Internal Work Regulations.

100% On-site / Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
Salary: S/.4,500.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month
