Job Objectives: We seek a proactive and analytical profile capable of managing the end-to-end supply chain—from international negotiation to local distribution—ensuring cost and time efficiency. Requirements: • Education: Technical degree in International Business, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. • Languages: Intermediate English (spoken and written proficiency mandatory for email drafting and contract negotiation). • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate/advanced level). • Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, customs operations, import regimes, and VUCE management (restricted permits). Experience in imports and logistics. Main Responsibilities: • Procurement and Import Management: Plan and execute procurement processes (local and international), from PO issuance and quotations to arrival tracking. • Logistics Coordination: Manage international transportation (air/ocean) with freight forwarders and coordinate customs clearance, receipt, and distribution of goods. • Documentary and Customs Control: Manage invoices, waybills, and customs documents in coordination with customs agents. • Financial and Inventory Management: Settle expenses (freight, warehousing, customs), control costs and budgets, and coordinate inventory activities with Warehouse and Accounting departments. • Process Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to warehousing, transportation, and procurement manuals. • Logistics: Supervise and coordinate goods dispatch, receipt, distribution, and route tracking. • Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of this role.
