Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Supervisor to ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, including network and communication systems administration, as well as technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network and communication systems administration and support 2. Installation and maintenance management of CCTV and monitoring systems 3. Technical support to internal users and equipment maintenance At KEDA Peru, we are currently looking for an IT Supervisor to join our team and ensure the proper functioning of the organization's technological infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: Administer and provide support for the company's network and communication systems. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and monitoring systems. Oversee the proper operation of servers, networks, and technological equipment. Provide technical support to internal users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. Coordinate technology implementations with vendors and internal departments. Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity. Prepare reports and indicators related to the IT area. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and networks. Knowledge of servers, switches, networking, and technical support. Proficiency in monitoring systems and IT infrastructure maintenance. Desirable experience with Hikvision and Huawei equipment. Availability to work at our Trapiche - Comas office location.
