Positive working environment. **MINERA MH S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to mineral processing, requires a Junior Geologist and/or Mining Engineer to work at its production site located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of mining formalization, IGAFOM, concessions, topography, domain-based sampling, ARGIS, filing of mining petitions, interior and exterior topographic surveys, and mapping. * Minimum 6 months of experience in mineral blending. * Preferably 2–3 years of experience in conventional mining companies. * Willingness to travel. * Valid A\-1 driver's license (desirable). * Fieldwork required. **BENEFITS** * Atypical work schedule of 20 days on / 10 days off. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation. * Good working environment.
