Junior Sales Developer PepsiCo warehouse location at CD Mega: Simon Bolivar 201, Ate What would be your mission in this role? Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies at point-of-sale locations, guaranteeing brand presence, visibility, and availability, thereby contributing to achieving sales objectives and strengthening customer relationships. What would be your main responsibilities? Complete 100% of scheduled daily route visits. Implement point-of-sale execution standards: proper product display, multi-positioning, POP material installation, preventive stock rotation, and correct product mix. Follow up on commercial agreements established by the field sales representative with the customer (e.g., repositioning of displays, adherence to scheduled visit time windows). Ensure correct brand presence and visibility, identifying improvement opportunities at point-of-sale locations. Maintain constant communication with the commercial team to ensure market strategy alignment. What are we looking for? Education: Completed secondary education. Experience in market development, merchandising, trade marketing, or field commercial execution roles. Skills: Results-oriented, highly customer-focused, organized, and skilled in negotiation.
