Excellent working environment At Franklin El Polo, we seek an experienced Cook with commitment and passion for cooking to join a dynamic team offering growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** \- Prepare mise en place and execute dishes according to restaurant standards. \- Monitor cooking times, portioning, and presentation. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. \- Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations, and provide support during service and peak demand periods. **Requirements** \- Prior experience as a Cook, knowledge of basic cooking techniques, organization, speed, and teamwork. \- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, and ease of commuting to Surco (El Polo). **We Offer** \- Base salary of S/1,130 \+ S/500 consumption surcharge \+ approximate tips of S/150\. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits, meals covered during shifts, excellent working environment, and learning and growth opportunities. \- 20% discount on staff dining.
