




Job Summary: Supervise chassis work, body assembly, electrical systems, engine/energy conversion, unit release, defect control, and regulatory compliance in bus manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Validation of electrical systems and energy conversion Chassis and Structure: Supervise chassis cutting, extension, reinforcement, and welding. Body Assembly: Verify panel alignment, window installation, and thermal and acoustic insulation. Electrical Systems: Inspect wiring, multiplexing, control panels, and lighting systems (interior/exterior). Engine/Energy Conversion: Validate proper installation of gas kits (CNG/LPG), electric systems (batteries/EV motors), or transmissions. Unit Release: Issue quality certificates and final route sheets for customer delivery. Defect Control: Record Non-Conformities (NC) and coordinate reworks with the production team.
