At Formin, we are seeking a highly qualified Mining Engineer with solid experience in alluvial and colluvial mining operations to lead and optimize our extraction projects. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Licensed and registered Mining Engineer. Experience: Proven experience in alluvial and colluvial mining operations (mandatory). Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in extraction methods, earthmoving, and value recovery from surface and placer deposits. Management of heavy machinery and washing/beneficiation plants. Strong knowledge of current environmental and mining safety regulations. Skills: Field team leadership, results orientation, problem-solving capability in demanding environments, and strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and direct alluvial and colluvial mining operations at the worksite. Ensure safe and efficient implementation of short- and medium-term mining plans. Control operational costs, equipment performance, and optimization of washing and recovery processes. Ensure all activities strictly comply with company and legal standards for safety, occupational health, and environment. Prepare technical and production reports for management. How to Apply?
