We are currently seeking a new team member who shares our passion for the brand and professional growth—this time as an Operations Coordinator at our warehouses in Punta Hermosa. The primary objective of this role is to plan, coordinate, and execute foreign trade operations and specific logistics processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, efficiency in import flows, and proper interaction with external and internal customers/suppliers. · How would you contribute to the team? Coordinate receiving, picking, and dispatch processes. Ensure operational staff productivity targets are met. Manage and coordinate operational incidents (shortages, errors, delays). Prepare operational reports and KPIs. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards. Prepare the operational expense report. · Candidate Profile We Seek. Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. Proven 4 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
