Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary and pastry technician to prepare recipes meeting high-quality standards and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Recipe preparation following quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 2. Technical training in cooking and pastry. 3. Experience in a café or restaurant. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare recipes adhering to quality standards and GMP before, during, and after each preparation. Manage inventory. REQUIREMENTS: • Technical training in cooking and pastry. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant. • Availability from Monday to Sunday (closed on Tuesdays), shift from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
