Job Summary: We are seeking Maintenance Personnel to perform equipment and area cleaning and organization, and to adhere to activity schedules at a business center. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking: **MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL.** **Requirements:** Reside in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. Available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM. **Main Responsibilities:** * Equipment cleaning and maintenance. * Office and other area cleaning and organization. * Adherence to the cleaning activity schedule. **We seek individuals who are:** * Meticulous and detail-oriented. * Responsible and committed. * Productive and focused on optimizing time. * Willing to collaborate as part of a team.
