Experience in retail pharmacy If you are passionate about the healthcare field and have a vocation for sales, this is your opportunity — Boticas Perú Corporation is looking to hire Pharmacy Technicians. · WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Pharmacy technicians, graduates, and students in their final academic cycles. - Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or small-scale pharmacy. - Work location across various districts and provinces. - Availability to work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. - Service orientation, dynamism, responsibility, assertive communication, and teamwork. · WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? - Deliver high-quality service at the best price, enabling our customers to carry out intelligent purchasing campaigns while respecting their needs and caring for Peruvian families. - Provide information and promote products sold at the pharmacy establishment. - Verify and dispense prescribed medications, medical devices, and/or general products in the correct quantities as indicated by the medical prescription or customer preference, in accordance with established procedures. - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. - Participate in product inventory and ensure proper stock control. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the pharmacy warehouse to facilitate product location. · WHAT DO WE OFFER? - Compensation: S/1130 + sales commissions. - Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, profit sharing). - Credit at Boticas. - Corporate and institutional benefits. - Oncological insurance starting at S/12. - EPS coverage at 20%. · Dare to make a change and become part of our great Boticas Perú family! · By applying, you authorize the use of your personal data for employment verification and other purposes inherent to the Talent Attraction process, in compliance with Law No. 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law — and its Regulation, Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
