Teamwork and assertive communication If you are passionate about the healthcare field and have a sales vocation, this is your opportunity: Corporación Boticas Perú is looking to hire Pharmacy Technicians. · WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Pharmacy technicians, recent graduates, and final-year students. - Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or small-scale pharmacy settings. - Work locations across various districts and provinces. - Availability to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. - Vocation for service, dynamism, responsibility, assertive communication, and teamwork. · WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? - Deliver high-quality service at the best price, enabling our customers to carry out smart purchasing campaigns while respecting their needs and caring for Peruvian families. - Provide information and promote products sold at the pharmacy. - Verify and dispense prescribed medications, medical devices, and/or general products in the correct quantities according to prescriptions or customer purchase preferences, following established procedures. - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. - Participate in product inventory counts and ensure proper stock control. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the pharmacy warehouse to facilitate product location. · WHAT DO WE OFFER? - Remuneration: S/1130 + sales commissions. - Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing). - Credit at Boticas pharmacies. - Corporate and institutional benefits. - Oncological insurance starting at S/12. - EPS coverage at 20%. · Dare to make a change and become part of our great Boticas Perú family! · By applying, you authorize the use of your personal data for employment verification and other purposes related to Talent Attraction, in accordance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law – and its Regulation, Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
