Job Summary: MOVITECNICA is seeking a Project Planner to manage orders in SAP, coordinate procurement and logistics, and supervise field and workshop projects, ensuring process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage orders in SAP from creation through to invoicing. 2. Prepare and track service valuations. 3. Plan, assign, and monitor the workload of technical staff. We are currently seeking the best talent for the Project Planner position · What will be your challenges? Manage SAP orders (OC, HES, OV, OT) from creation through to closure and invoicing. Prepare and track service valuations within established deadlines. Monitor invoicing and coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely payments. Manage procurement, materials, tools, and imports, coordinating with Logistics and Warehouse. Participate in internal and client meetings, supporting project tracking. Plan, assign, and monitor the workload of technical staff. Identify deviations and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions. Supervise field and workshop projects, ensuring availability of resources and materials. Prepare and update progress reports (milestones, responsible parties, deadlines). Design and manage schedules (Gantt charts, critical path, S-curves). Report progress and manage formal project closure. Perform operational control of personnel (timesheets, payroll, overtime). Comply with company policies, internal procedures, and functions assigned by management. What do we require? Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 2 years of experience in similar roles (planning, coordination, or project management) within the industrial, mining, or service sectors. Knowledge of maintenance or project planning. Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of schedule management (Gantt charts) and S-curves. Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
