Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality and traceability of documentation, modeling and improving business processes, and managing the central repository. Manage the central repository of process documentation A reputable company is looking for a Process Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, traceability, and consistency of process documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI (mandatory) Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Bizagi Modeler (mandatory) Knowledge of RPA, process automation, and AI applied to business (mandatory). 2 years of experience in process-related roles. Intermediate knowledge of MS Project. Responsibilities: Elicit and model business processes using BPMN standards and documented templates. Analyze processes to identify critical points and opportunities for improvement in existing and implemented processes. Coordinate with departments on procedures, instructions, internal documents, and formats. Review processes across departments to document and keep procedures, manuals, instructions, and formats up to date. Manage the central repository of process documentation, ensuring traceability, current version control, and controlled access. Provide support to teams regarding queries related to processes, formats, operational workflows, and document traceability. Develop and/or update the organization's process map.
