




Job Summary: We are seeking a Returns Operator to receive, verify, perform quality control, sort, and relocate footwear, while supporting inventory management and order preparation. Lazzos Comerciales SAC, an importer and distributor of Brazilian footwear and representative of 14 leading Brazilian brands in innovation and fast fashion, with its own concept brand stores MOSSA SHOES, is seeking: Returns Operator RESPONSIBILITIES Physically receive and verify footwear returned or exchanged. Perform thorough quality control (identify manufacturing defects, size errors, or signs of use). Sort, relabel, and relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to its condition. Support inventory updates and box reconditioning. Prepare orders for Services. Conduct physical counts of goods (perpetual inventory). Support transportation and restocking of products and services. Perform picking and packing of products for dispatch to customers. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Other duties as deemed necessary by the Warehouse Manager within the warehouse operator category. REQUIREMENTS Experience: Minimum 6 months in warehouse, reverse logistics, quality control, or returns. Education: Completed secondary education. Location: Must reside in areas adjacent to Carabayllo, Comas, Independencia, or Los Olivos. Availability: Available to work Monday through Saturday and perform overtime as required by operational demand. Attitude: Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and good physical condition for warehouse work. Benefits: Formal employment registration from day one. Initial 3-month contract.
