Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor for mining sector projects, responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of telecommunications infrastructure and radiofrequency systems. We are a company specializing in telecommunications engineering and applied technologies, currently seeking a **Field Supervisor for mining sector projects**. The professional will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling the execution of activities related to the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure and radiofrequency systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and client-specified technical requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the deployment, commissioning, and quality control of telecommunications infrastructure in mining operations. * Verify correct installation of radiating systems, including antennas, Heliax coaxial cable, and telecommunications cabinets. * Supervise line sweep testing and ROE/VSWR measurements using specialized instrumentation (Site Master). * **Coordinate and control daily activities of assigned technical personnel and work crews.** * Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to established schedules. * **Supervise high-altitude work and hazardous activities, ensuring compliance with ATS, PETAR, and applicable safety procedures.** * Verify compliance with client requirements regarding quality, safety, and technical specifications. * **Coordinate availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment required for work execution.** **Requirements** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Engineer in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Supervisor or in similar roles within mining projects. * Knowledge and experience in Radiofrequency (RF) systems. * Experience in installation and supervision of VHF antennas and radiating systems. * Knowledge of transmission lines, Heliax cable, telecommunications cabinets, and shelters. * **Proficiency with specialized RF measurement and testing instrumentation (Site Master).** * Experience supervising high-altitude and high-risk activities. * Knowledge of ATS, PETAR, and safety management in mining projects. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability. **Benefits** * Participation in specialized telecommunications projects at one of the country's leading mining operations. * Integration into a multidisciplinary technical team with extensive industry experience. * Opportunity for professional development in technically demanding projects. * Positive work environment. * Timely payments.
