Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and support teams, achieve targets, and improve results across our 3 sales channels. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop sales teams. 2. At **Casa Causa**, we are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** responsible for leading and supporting our **3 sales channels**, helping the team reach its goals and continuously identifying opportunities to improve our results. We seek a person with **leadership, initiative, organization, and results orientation**, who enjoys working with teams and has experience in retail sales, general merchandise, or second-hand product sales. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and support the team across the 3 sales channels. * Conduct daily and weekly follow-up on sales targets and results. * Review sales indicators and identify improvement opportunities. * Propose and execute actions to achieve and exceed commercial targets. * Supervise the proper operation of stores and sales channels. * Support, motivate, and develop the team to enhance performance. * Train and guide staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. * Monitor stock levels and product availability for sale. * Supervise cash handling, closing procedures, and inventory processes. * Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues that may affect sales. * Participate in social media sales campaigns and promotions. * Represent Casa Causa with a positive attitude and strong commitment to quality service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing **technical studies** in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales roles with responsibility for teams or results. * Proven experience in **retail, general merchandise, stores, bazaars, or second-hand product sales**. * Experience working with **sales targets and indicators**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets**. * Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Internet. * Basic Canva skills. * Availability to travel between our stores in **Chorrillos and Villa El Salvador**. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members. **WHAT WE OFFER** **Salary: S/ 1,500 to S/ 2,500**, depending on experience and profile assessment. * 3-month probationary period, followed by continued employment, formal contract signing, and enrollment in REMYPE payroll. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Performance-based incentives tied to results achievement. * Opportunities for career growth within Casa Causa. **WORK LOCATION** Villa El Salvador Position Type: Full-time If you have experience in **retail, general merchandise, or second-hand product sales**, **we want to meet you.** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
