Currently, we are recruiting Sales Advisors for Claro. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and sell CLARO Fiber Optic Internet and TV services in the field. Prospect customers in assigned strategic areas. Achieve established sales targets. Report sales and activities to the supervisor. Provide courteous customer service and personalized advisory support. BENEFITS: Monthly income exceeding S/ 2500, composed of: Base salary: S/ 1,130 (payroll from day one). Weekly bonus: Up to S/ 100 per week. Mobility allowance: Up to S/ 400. Statutory benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, and EsSalud health insurance. Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Unlimited commissions: Over S/ 1000 with just 3 weekly sales, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
